How do your classes differ from a big-box gym?

Smaller classes, expertly skilled instructors, and a friendly community environment. Most gyms try to leave you wrecked — we'd rather you leave recharged.

What if I'm a beginner?

You're exactly who we built this for. Our classes are designed to be accessible and engaging for every skill level, and our instructors offer modifications so you can grow at your own pace.

How do I reserve a class? Do you have an app?

Book your spot through our website or app once you've created your account. Classes open for booking 14 days in advance — early-booking members get 15 days.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No — mats are available at the studio. You're always welcome to bring your own if you'd rather.

What should I wear to class?

Form-fitting clothing. Loose pants are fine for cardio classes; leggings are required for all others. Grippy socks are required for every class, and street shoes stay in the lobby.

Can I bring a guest?

Absolutely. New guests can purchase an Intro Offer for their first class when there's space, and yearly members may bring one guest free per month. Everyone creates an account and signs a waiver before joining in.

What's the cancellation and late policy?

Cancel a class less than 4 hours before start and a $20 late-cancel fee applies; arrive more than 5 minutes late or miss a class you're signed up for and a $25 no-show fee applies. Memberships are month-to-month after your initial commitment, with 30 days' notice to cancel.

Do you host private events?

Yes. Fill out the contact form and let us know you'd like to book the studio for a private event — we'd love to host you.
